This delicious biscuit so typical of the South of France must be one of the favourites. Its crunchy almonds and its sweet flavour will delight many.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (gluten), almonds (whole and in powder), blend of fats (vegetable oil and fat as is and hydrogenated, butter 25 %, water, sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator : E330, lactic acid, flavouring, preservative : E202, antioxidant : natural tocopherol-rich extracts, colouring agent : beta-carotene),sugar, eggs, vanilla flavouring, baking powder(disodium disphosphate, acid sodium carbonate, corn starch). Contains milk.
