Where passion and commitment meet
C.M.J was, back in 1980, a producer of crisps. A few years later, when the Oreillettes was slowly disappearing from the Languedoc-Roussillon, C.M.J stared producing these little crispy rectangles sprinkled with sugar. At this time, the business was sold and acquired by one of the employees, Mr Yvan Moralès, who kept the tradition of the Oreillettes which quickly became C.M.J’s speciality.
Filled with passion for theses and in response to its client’s requests, C.M.J then developed a range of homemade biscuits.
A real family spirit mobilized the whole team, who, to face these new challenges, found ways to create and make, with love and fondness the sweet specialities that have enchanted your taste buds for many years.
A strong commitment to quality
At C.M.J., our passion for goodness pushes us to excel. We don’t only abide by the strict hygiene codes of the HACCP but we also select high quality ingredients for the making of our dough: fresh and natural products, chosen for their flavour and their consistency to create a supple and well weighted dough…We do not add any colourings nor chemical preservatives. We also look after your health as most of our biscuits are free from salt (generally used in biscuits for a longer preservation). Vegetarians will also find biscuits with no ingredient of animal origin (recipes without milk or eggs…).
If our biscuits are so good it is because our aim is to create handmade biscuits that really taste homemade!
